Problems solved by technology

[0006] Therefore, in order to solve the technical problems of the existing AAI and BIS technology in the preoperative and intraoperative detection application of general anesthesia, the monitoring delay time is long and the nociceptive system function cannot be directly evaluated, for this reason, the present invention Provides a method for assessing the depth of anesthesia before and during surgery based on brain response to pain

Embodiment Construction

[0045] The technical solutions of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings. Apparently, the described embodiments are some of the embodiments of the present invention, but not all of them. Based on the embodiments of the present invention, all other embodiments obtained by persons of ordinary skill in the art without making creative efforts belong to the protection scope of the present invention.

[0046] Such as figure 1 and figure 2 As shown, the present invention provides a method for evaluating the depth of anesthesia before operation and during operation based on pain brain response, including:

[0047] [S1] Pain from non-surgical stimulation induced by laser in patients before anesthesia.

[0048] When the patient is not anesthetized, the laser beam is used to radiate the heat pulse stimulator briefly to stimulate the back of the patient's hand or foot to induce pain in the patient. For example...

Abstract

The invention discloses an in-depth evaluation method for preoperative and intraoperative anesthesia based on brain responses of pain. The method comprises the following steps: inducing pains of nonsurgical stimuli to a patient before anesthesia; recording brain electrical response signals generated by pain stimuli each time, verbally appraising pain intensity and the maximal pain stimulus energy E0 corresponding to the pain intensity; enhancing the signal-noise ratio of brain electrical signals and extracting variation parameters of a incubation period and amplitude of N2 and P2 brain responses; setting up a linear model between pain intensity and N2 and P2 brain response parameters; and anaesthetizing the patient, applying a nonsurgical-induced laser stimulus nonsurgical stimuli on the body of the anaesthetized patient, wherein the nonsurgical-induced laser stimulus nonsurgical stimuli is the maximal laser stimulus energy E0 obtained before anesthesia and enhancing the signal-noise ratio of brain electrical signals generated by laser simulation, extracting variation parameters of the incubation period and amplitude of N2 and P2 brain responses, predicting pain intensity obtained by calculations and evaluating preoperative and intraoperative anesthesia according to the pain intensity in an in-depth manner. The in-depth evaluation method for preoperative and intraoperative anesthesia based on brain responses of pain has the following beneficialeffects: the measurement time is controlled within two seconds; and the in-depth evaluation method can be well applied to preoperative and intraoperative detection of local anesthesia and general anesthesia.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of preoperative anesthesia, and in particular relates to a method for assessing the depth of anesthesia before and during operation based on pain brain response, which is used to guide real-time adjustment of analgesic scheme. Background technique [0002] Precise evaluation and judgment of the depth of anesthesia before and during operation has become a difficult problem that clinical anesthetists pay close attention to and urgently needs to be solved. General anesthesia is a special and complicated state, including various factors such as sedation and hypnosis, amnesia, analgesia, stress suppression and muscle relaxation, etc. Controlled by the use of narcotic drugs. [0003] Different surgical methods, different groups of people and different levels of intraoperative stimulation have different reactivity to anesthetic drugs. The depth of anesthesia caused by insufficient anesthesia drugs is too shallow,...
