Embodiment 1

[0072] Without pre-filtering, phase unwrapping is performed on the interferogram of a simulated complex mountainous terrain scene in an experiment on simulated data.

[0073] The specific steps of the phase unwrapping method combining lossless Kalman filter (UKF) and particle filter (PF) are as follows:

[0074] The invention uses a phase unwrapping method combining a lossless Kalman filter (UKF) and a particle filter (PF) to carry out phase unwrapping on the interference phase image. The specific method is to unwrap the interferometric phase image in two steps, that is, for each interferometric image element, first use the lossless Kalman filter (UKF) algorithm for preliminary unwrapping, and then use the particle filter (PF) algorithm to unwrap the image element after preliminary unwrapping The interferometric phase image elements are further unwrapped, so as to achieve a better unwrapping effect. When selecting the initial unwrapping pixel, select a pixel in the non-bounda...

Embodiment 2

[0123] In the actual measurement data experiment, the performance of the algorithm of the present invention is verified according to the fact that the actual measurement data is a part of the Three Gorges interferogram.

[0124] Figure 4(a) is the interferometric phase map of the measured topography of the Three Gorges, Figure 4(b) is the interferogram obtained after filtering by the mean filter (3×3) in Figure 4(a), and Figure 4(c) is the phase residual point map.

[0125] Fig. 5 (a) is the phase unwrapping result of Fig. 4 (b) by the method of the present invention, and Fig. 5 (b) is the rewound phase diagram, and the similarity between the fringes of the rewound diagram and the fringes of the original rewound phase diagram can reflect the method of the present invention It can be seen that the fringes of the rewound phase diagram of the method of the present invention are consistent with the fringes of the original rewound phase diagram 4(b), and it can be seen that the meth...

Abstract

The invention relates to a UKF and PF combined phase unwrapping algorithm. A UKF algorithm and a PF algorithm are combined and applied to unwrapping of a phase wrapped image, a phase quality graph is used to unwrap the wrapped phase long a path from high quality to low quality of an interferogram, and a local phase gradient estimation algorithm based on a corrected matrix pencil model is combined. The phase unwrapping algorithm comprises the following steps that (1) related data of unwrapping a wrapped phase diagram is obtained; (2) each wrapped interferogram pixel is unwrapped preliminarily via the UKF algorithm; and (3) the wrapped interferogram pixels unwrapped preliminarily are further unwrapped via the PF algorithm. According to technical schemes of the invention, UKF and PF themselves have certain noise inhibition capability, the difficulty and complexity of a prepositioned filter can be reduced, even a prepositioned pre-filtering step can be omitted from processing of the noise included interferogram, and the wrapped pixels can be unwrapped accurately and stably in high efficiency.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of interferometric phase diagram expansion, in particular to a phase expansion algorithm combining a lossless Kalman filter (UKF) and a particle filter (PF). Background technique [0002] Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar (InSAR) uses the interferometric phase of SAR complex image pairs as the information source, through a series of data processing links, and then inverts to obtain the three-dimensional information and change information of the surface. INSAR is a highly interdisciplinary field, involving microwave remote sensing, electromagnetic wave propagation, signal processing, image processing and other disciplines. The initial development purpose of INSAR is for topographic surveying and mapping, and the most successful application is to obtain high-precision DEM data. With the development of technology, the application fields of INSAR are constantly expanding, mainly including: surface deform...
