Embodiment Construction

[0033] The following examples describe the present invention in more detail.

[0034] A foam dressing with high absorption, which includes starch, polyurethane, cross-linking agent, surfactant and so on.

[0035] The starch contained in the dressing is 10% of the mass fraction of the dressing; the polyurethane prepolymer is 40%; the crosslinking agent is 1%; the surfactant is 2%; the wetting agent is 20%; and the foaming agent is 27%.

[0036] First prepare the polyurethane prepolymer: 50 parts of dry hydrophilic polyether polyol, 15 parts of diisocyanate, and 3 parts of glycerin are mixed evenly and heated and stirred at a temperature of 80° C. for 2.5 hours to obtain the prepolymer; Quickly stir and mix the starch with crosslinking agent, surfactant, foaming agent, wetting agent, etc.; Put into the mold to foam and mature; cut the cured dressing into specified specifications.

[0037] The starch is one or more composite starches uniformly mixed in a certain proportion incl...

Abstract

The invention provides a high-adsorbility foam dressing and a preparing method thereof. The high-adsorbility foam dressing is composed of, by mass, 10%-40% of starch, 26%-40% of polyurethane prepolymer, 0.6%-1% of crosslinking agent, 0.6%-20% of chain extender, 1.4%-2% of surfactant, 14%-20% of wetting agent, and 18%-27% of foaming agent. In the high-adsorbility foam dressing and the preparing method thereof, since the starch is adopted as filler, the dressing is made to have higher and quicker water adsorbility capability; meanwhile, the starch can effectively lock solute in seepage liquor, a humid environment is provided for a patient, harmful substances in the seepage liquor like toxin and particles are locked at the same time, a wound self-cleaning effect is achieved, and the probability that a wound gets infected when the dressing is not replaced in time is reduced so that the wound is healed more quickly. The high-adsorbility foam dressing is applicable to partial cortical layer and full cortical layer wounds, superficial wounds, skin pressure ulcer, skin ulcer, leg ulcer, skin bruise, diabetes ulcer, surgical drainage and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention designs a method for preparing a foam dressing, in particular a method for preparing a foam dressing that can promote rapid wound healing. Background technique [0002] Common wounds in daily life include acute wounds such as mechanical injuries and burns, and chronic wounds such as bedsores and ulcers caused by poor blood circulation. Some wounds are protracted and cause great pain to patients. [0003] Wound healing is a repair process completed by the body through complex coordination through the differentiation, migration, proliferation, and secretion of related growth factors of various inflammatory cells and tissue cells. The current polyurethane foam dressings only have obvious absorption capacity for wound exudate, but there is no report on the adsorption capacity for solutes in exudate. [0004] There are no relevant reports on foam dressings loaded with starch or complex starch, and there are no reports on foam dressings that ...
