The cosmetic is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 5 percent to 12 percent of an anti-oxidization component A, 7 percent to 20 percent of an oil-phase component B, 0.5 percent to 2.0 percent of an auxiliary agent D and the balance of a water-phase component C; the sum of the percentage of all the components is 100 percent; the anti-oxidization component A comprises the cephalopod ink melanin. The prepared cosmetic has a super-strong anti-oxidization capability, and can be used for effectively cleaning active oxygen free radicals which cause various skin problems, so that skin resists ageing, exercise-induced fatigue is delayed, and physical capacity recovery is accelerated.
