The remoulding method comprises steps of using a drainage basin landform theory and a river landform geomorphologic shape mathematical model to simulate the natural landform; using an SEDCAD flood peak correction flow model to carry out complementation design on the remoulded landform; using the design model data to a civil engineering construction and designing module developed through the Carlson software; carrying out river channel protection engineering of the landform remoulding of the gangue accumulation area; and remoudling the landform and carrying out erosion potential evaluation. According to the invention, by introducing the drainage basin landform theory and the landform geomorphologic shape mathematical model into the landform design of the gangue accumulation area, errors caused by the mechanical method are reduced; meanwhile, the civil construction and design module is used for carrying out construction guidance; by use of the balancing of the reduction and the filling, workload and cost are reduced; the plant natural succession rule is obeyed, so the plant stability is improved; and quantitative reference is provided for the mining region recovery model.
