Abstract

The invention provides application of isoliquiritigenin to preparation of drugs used for improving or treating exercise-induced fatigue, and a pharmaceutical composition. The pharmaceutical composition is a preparation prepared from isoliquiritigenin used as a main active component and a pharmaceutically acceptable adjuvant, wherein the adjuvant may be any acceptable excipient, and a weight ratio of isoliquiritigenin to the adjuvant is 10: 90 to 90: 10. According to the invention, an animal model is constructed in the process of research of isoliquiritigenin, and the variation levels of hepatic glycogen, blood lactate and blood urea nitrogen in mouse samples are detected; and isoliquiritigenin is proved to have prevention effect on exercise-induced fatigue, and the pharmaceutical composition capable of preventing exercise-induced fatigue is prepared.
