The bathtub with the built-in multi-functional massage pillow comprises a bathtub body and the massage pillow, wherein at least one bathtub through hole is formed in the bathtub body; the massage pillow comprises a drive element, at least one rotating shaft and at least one massage element, the drive element drives the massage element to rotate through the rotating shaft, so as to achieve a massage function; the drive element and the massage element are arranged outside and inside the bathtub body respectively, and each rotating shaft penetrates the bathtub through hole in a sealed manner to drive one massage element to rotate. The bathtub has the beneficial effects that electrified electric elements are arranged outside the bathtub body, separation of water and electricity is guaranteed, and accordingly, safety of the bathtub is improved.
