Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of green corn stalk feed. The preparation method comprises the following steps: harvesting corns when 70 percent ripen leaves are green; internally cutting the leaves and green corn cobs into small segments with the length of 2cm to 6cm; adding 10 times of water into glucoamylase and hemicellulase and uniformly stirring; adding 10 times of water into white sugar, urea and edible alkali and dissolving; spraying two solutions on the small segments of green corn stalks; after turning, blending and airing, covering plastic cloth and sealing and fermenting for 6 to 8 days at room temperature of 25 DEG C to 30 DEG C; when the plastic cloth is uncovered and the green corn segments diffuse a rich wine aroma, showing that fermentation is finished and drying the green corn segments in the sun or drying to obtain a finished product.
