Embodiments of the invention provide a data query method, device and system, a data server and a request side. In a technical scheme provided by the embodiments, the data query method comprises the following steps of: receiving a data query request by the data server; generating path identification information; sending the path identification information and a query instruction to the data query system, wherein the path identification information is used for creating a file path in a file system and the file path is used for writing result data obtained on the basis of the query instruction; and sending the path identification information to a first request side so that the first request side calls a client of the file system to download the result data through the file path. According to the data query method provided by the embodiments of the invention, the data query efficiency is improved.
