The method comprises the steps that structural feature parameters of a to-be-packaged object and material parameters of paper plates to be adopted by a package paper box are acquired; a preset computation model is read, and sizes of all components of the package paper box are computed by the computation module according to the acquired structural feature parameters of the to-be-packaged object and the acquired material parameters of the paper plates; and according to sizes of all the components of the package paper box, a drawing document used to process the paper plates into the package paper box is generated and sent to paper box processing equipment. According to the invention, the sizes of all the components of the package paper box are computed by the computation model based on the acquired structural feature parameters of the to-be-packed object and the acquired material parameters of the paper plates; the drawing document used to process the paper plates into the package paper box is generated and sent to the paper box processing equipment; the computation speed is quick; efficiency is high; no error exists; and reliability and stability are high.
