Problems solved by technology

At present, most of the existing technical schemes that have done theoretical research on the cavitation motion model are based on the assumption that the bubble is always spherical during the movement development process. However, in fact, when the bubble is close to the liquid boundary , its movement is affected by the boundary conditions, it no longer maintains a spherical shape in the stages of growth, shrinkage, and collapse, and there will be annular collapse, and even high-speed jets, and high-speed jets are an important factor for micro-jet descaling; therefore, a simulation space is established. The numerical method of scale cavitation induced by bubble collapse can capture the transient evolution of cavitation bubble collapse and the stress-strain process of solid materials, which has important engineering application value in the liquid treatment industry, micro-jet descaling and other fields

Abstract

The invention relates to a numerical method for simulating a condition of inducing water scale cavitation erosion by cavitation bubble collapse. The method comprises the steps of programming a mass conservation equation and a momentum equation of a fluid in a constructed flow field by adopting Fortran software; building cavitation bubble and flow field region models; solving the mass conservation equation and the momentum equation of the fluid in the constructed flow field; performing data analysis on a solved file by adopting Tecplot processing software; extracting pressure and shape data during bubble collapse; building a structure model of water scale by adopting a computational fluid mechanics software Ansys / workbench software platform and setting structure parameters of the water scale; obtaining a deformation quantity and a stress distribution cloud chart of the water scale in a post processing module of the software; and replacing a cavitation erosion degree of the water scale with the deformation quantity of the water scale. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages that by coupling a fluid control equation with a water scale control equation, the numerical method can simulate a motion behavior of a cavitation bubble at a near wall, and an error between simulated cavitation bubble shape change and real cavitation bubble shape change is relatively small.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a numerical method for simulating scale cavitation induced by cavitation collapse. Background technique [0002] Industrial and household cleaning liquid and heating equipment will form a dense metal oxide film on the surface of the liquid container after long-term use. The formation of the metal oxide film (that is, scale, mainly containing calcium carbonate and magnesium carbonate) not only causes permanent damage to the net liquid equipment, but also greatly damages human health. The use of cavitation collapse to remove scale is an efficient, environmentally friendly, and non-secondary pollution-free technical means. Cavitation collapse refers to the formation, growth, shrinkage, and collapse of vapor or gas cavitation in the liquid or on the liquid-solid interface when the partial pressure inside the liquid is reduced to the saturated vapor pressure of the liquid, and a series of physical phenomena arising therefrom. and ...
