Abstract

The invention relates to a method for connecting a mobile phone sapphire screen with a metal bounding frame and belongs to the technical field of welding. The technical problem that deformation is prone to being produced due to the fact that a large amount of heat is produced through an existing welding mode is solved. SnAgCu serves as brazing filler metal of the method. The method comprises the steps that the sapphire screen is metalized at first, that is, the sapphire screen is plated with a layer of nickel at first and then plated with a layer of SnAgCu; the titanium alloy bounding frame also needs to be selectively plated with a layer of nickel at first and then plated with a layer of SnAgCu; and the SnAgCu brazing filler metal is melted with a small-power laser finally, connecting of the sapphire screen and the titanium alloy bounding frame is completed, a reliable connecting joint is obtained, and the connecting joint is compact in structure and free of pores and has the good air tightness. The method is especially suitable for connecting of the sapphire screen and the metal bounding frame. The shear strength of the connecting joint can reach 105 Mpa.
