Problems solved by technology

Long-term, broad-spectrum, high efficiency and safety are the key points of antibacterial materials, but among many antibacterial materials, only inorganic photocatalytic antibacterial materials can meet these properties
[0004] At present, there are few studies on the antibacterial effect of photocatalytic materials, and there are few studies on the preparation of mineral wool boards with antibacterial function by using inorganic photocatalytic antibacterial materials, and most of the known inorganic photocatalytic antibacterial materials need to be exposed to ultraviolet light. Only when it can be excited and photocatalytic reaction occurs, its application is limited to a certain extent because ultraviolet light will cause certain harm to the human body, and the utilization rate of sunlight is too low.

Embodiment 1

[0029] Disperse 100 grams of mineral wool fibers into 3.0L of water; then add 10 grams of wollastonite fiber, 15 grams of clay, and 10 grams of starch, and continue stirring; add 1.0 grams of aluminum sulfate, stir for 1 minute, filter, shape, and dry at 180°C for 1 hour Finally, the slab is prepared; finally, the water-based paint including 3 grams of spinel zinc ferrite powder with a particle size of 50-100 nm is sprayed on the surface of the slab to obtain a mineral wool board with antibacterial function, and the thickness is 12 mm.

Embodiment 2

[0031] Disperse 100 grams of mineral wool fibers into 3.0L of water; then add 10 grams of brucite fibers, 20 grams of clay, and 10 grams of starch, and continue stirring; add 1.0 grams of polyacrylamide, stir for 1 minute, filter, shape, and dry at 180°C After 1 hour, the slab was prepared; finally, a water-based paint comprising 5 grams of spinel zinc ferrite powder with a particle size of 50-100 nm was sprayed on the surface of the slab to obtain a mineral wool slab with an antibacterial function, with a thickness of 12 mm.

Embodiment 3

[0033] The preparation process of this example is roughly the same as that of Example 2, except that the spinel-type ferrite is spinel-type nickel ferrite, and the inorganic reinforcing fiber is sepiolite wool.

Abstract

The invention discloses a mineral wool board with an antibacterial function and a method of preparing the mineral wood board. An aqueous coating is sprayed to the surface of a slab of the mineral wool. The aqueous coating comprises spinel ferritewhich accounts for 2-4% by mass of the slab. The method comprises the following steps of: adding mineral wool fibers into water and stirring the mixture; adding inorganic enhanced fibers and an adhesive, and stirring; adding a flocculant, stirring, filtering and forming, and drying for 1-2h at 180-200 DEG C to obtain the slab of which the thickness is 10-20mm; and spraying the aqueous coating containing the spinel ferrite to the surface of the prepared slab to obtain the mineral wool board with the antibacterial function. The mineral wool board disclosed by the invention has a photocatalytic antibacterial function in a visible light region and is high in bending strength, low in volume density, non-toxic and incombustible, and the preparation process of the mineral wool board is simple and energy-saving.

Description

technical field [0001] The present application relates to a mineral wool board and a preparation method thereof, in particular to a mineral wool board with an antibacterial function and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Health is an issue that everyone cares about, and the living and working environment directly or indirectly affects our health. Microorganisms such as harmful bacteria, fungi and viruses in nature are the main reasons for human beings to suffer from infection and induce diseases. These harmful microorganisms often live on indoor walls or ceilings and spread through the air, causing various diseases in people and endangering people's health. Therefore, starting from building materials, it is a practical and effective method to manufacture building materials with antibacterial functions and cut off the source of pathogenicity. [0003] Antibacterial materials are new functional materials with bactericidal and antibacterial properties...
