A laser light board and a laser drive circuit which are connected with each other are further included in the laser base. The light emitting direction of the laser light board faces one end of the front lens. The laser drive circuit is connected with the battery. According to the variable-focal-length infrared laser lighting flashlight, light supplementation is achieved for vidicons, gun aiming equipment and the like under the condition of a low lighting level, and meanwhile the variable-focal-length infrared laser lighting flashlight is high in invisibility and not prone to being caught by human eyes.
