Embodiment 1

[0022] The method for simultaneously measuring 14 kinds of sour components in the mainstream smoke of heated non-burning cigarettes of the present embodiment comprises the following steps:

[0023] 1) Heat the heat-not-burn cigarette of brand 1 according to the product instructions, and refer to the suction capacity and particle capture method specified in ISO 3308 for suction and particle capture. After using two Cambridge filter pieces to capture the smoke particulate matter produced by 6 heat-not-burn cigarettes, put the Cambridge filter piece in a 50 mL conical flask with stopper and spread it on the bottom of the bottle, add 10 mL of acetone solution and 10 μL trans-3-hexenoic acid internal standard solution, shake on the shaker at room temperature for 20 minutes, take 1 mL of the supernatant, add 50 μL of derivatization reagent BSTFA, place in a 30°C water bath and heat for 50 min to obtain cigarettes Smoke samples;

Embodiment 2

[0029] The method for simultaneously measuring 14 kinds of sour components in the mainstream smoke of heated non-burning cigarettes of the present embodiment comprises the following steps:

[0030] 1) Heat the heat-not-burn cigarettes of brand 2 according to the product instructions, and refer to the suction capacity and particle capture method specified in ISO 3308 for suction and particle capture. After using two Cambridge filters to capture the smoke particulate matter produced by 6 heat-not-burn cigarettes, put the Cambridge filters in a 50 mL conical flask with a stopper and spread it on the bottom of the bottle, add 20 mL of acetone solution and 20 μL trans-3-hexenoic acid internal standard solution, shake on the shaker at room temperature for 30 minutes, take 1 mL of the supernatant, add 60 μL of derivatization reagent BSTFA, place in a 30°C water bath and heat for 70 min to obtain cigarettes Smoke samples;

Embodiment 3

[0035] The method for simultaneously measuring 14 kinds of sour components in the mainstream smoke of heated non-burning cigarettes of the present embodiment comprises the following steps:

[0036] 1) Heat the heat-not-burn cigarette of brand 3 according to the product instructions, and refer to the suction capacity and particulate matter capture method specified in ISO 3308 for suction and particulate matter capture. After using two Cambridge filter pieces to capture the smoke particulate matter produced by 6 heat-not-burn cigarettes, put the Cambridge filter piece in a 50 mL conical flask with a stopper and spread it on the bottom of the bottle, add 30 mL of acetone solution and 30 μL of internal standard solution of trans-3-hexenoic acid was shaken on a shaker at room temperature for 20 minutes, and 1 mL of supernatant was added to 90 μL of derivatization reagent BSTFA, and heated in a water bath at 30°C for 90 minutes to obtain Cigarette smoke samples;

Abstract

The present invention discloses a method for simultaneously detecting 14 sour components in main stream smoke obtained by heating noncombustible cigarettes. The method comprises following steps: 1) gathering main stream smoke particulate substances obtained by heating the noncombustible cigarettes by using a Cambridge filter piece, installing the Cambridge filter piece in an extraction device, adding an acetone solution, adding an inner standard solution, performing vibration extraction, adding a derivatization reagent into supernate, and heating to obtain smoke samples; 2) detecting the smoke samples by GC-MS, and detecting the contents of the 14 sour components in the main stream smoke obtained by heating the noncombustible cigarettes by using an inter-standard quantitative method. The method adopts a solvent extraction-gas chromatographic mass spectrometry and can be used for simultaneously detecting the contents of the 14 sour components in the main stream smoke obtained by heating the noncombustible cigarettes. The method has the advantages of being fast in detection, good in selectivity, and high in precision, and is particularly suitable for detecting the contents of the sour components in the smoke obtained by heating the noncombustible cigarettes.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of flavor component detection, and in particular relates to a method for simultaneously measuring 14 sour flavor components in mainstream smoke of heated non-burning cigarettes. Background technique [0002] Heating-not-burning cigarettes are a new type of tobacco product, which can cause the contained tobacco materials to generate smoke for consumers to smoke in a non-combustible state through heating. Compared with traditional cigarettes, the release of sidestream smoke and some harmful substances in heat-not-burn cigarettes is significantly reduced. This type of product was first launched by Reynolds Tobacco Company. Although it has not been widely recognized by the market, due to the continuous increase in tobacco control efforts around the world and its obvious advantages in reducing environmental pollution and potential health risks of smoking, the international tobacco field has always been It is con...
