The heating and radiating integrated device comprises a temperature collection module for collecting a temperature of the gear box, wherein the temperature collection module is connected with a control module; the control module is connected with a motor drive module and a heating and radiating module separately; the motor drive module is connected with the heating and radiating module; the heating and radiating module comprises a heating and radiating fin; a heating resistance wire is arranged in the heating and radiating fin; the heating and radiating fin is connected with a rotating shaft; and the rotating shaft is connected with the motor drive module. The motor drive module drives the rotating shaft to rotate and drives the heating and cooling fin to be clung to the gear box; and the heating resistance wire is opened or closed to heat or stop heating the gear box. The rotating shaft reversely rotates and drives the heating and cooling fin to rotate to be vertical with the wind driven generator gear box, so that radiating of the gear box is achieved. The quality of lubricating oil is not affected by indirect heating. The heating and radiating integrated device is simple in structure and convenient to maintain and repair, and integrates heating and radiating, so that the cost and the occupied space are reduced.
