The method includes: taking a position where there are no male persimmon germplasm resources within a radius of 10-15km as hybrid seed production land; selecting the persimmon trees without diseases and pests as stock plants from the hybrid seed production land; grafting male plants and different varieties with female flowers rather than male flowers on the stock plants as female plants and performing solid seed production after the female plants grow for 2-3 years; wherein varieties of the male plants are mother-in-law persimmons, sweet persimmons or non-astringent; the male plants are grafted at top ends of the female plants and the female plants are grafted around the stock plants. With the method, hybrid seeds obtained each year on one stock plant of 30-40 years old can be as high as 7519-8162 particles, which are far higher than that with a traditional hybrid method (367 particles), and seed production efficiency is improved.
