The power generation system mainly comprises thrust bodies, a turbocharger, a motor, a driving power source, a lever mechanism, a speed changer, a power generator, a converter and a controller. The power generation system has the advantages that high-pressure fluid can be sprayed by the turbocharger, high-speed flowing shielding layers can be formed on the front surfaces of the thrust bodies, and accordingly pressures of the front surfaces of the thrust bodies can be reduced; the fluid on the rear surfaces of the thrust bodies is low in flowing speed owing to structural characteristics of the thrust bodies, pressures of the rear surfaces of the thrust bodies are high relatively, forward thrust can be generated by the difference between the pressures of the front surfaces and pressures of the rear surfaces of the thrust bodies, accordingly, the lever mechanism can be pushed to rotate, the power generator can be driven to work, and electric energy which is higher than consumption of the motor can be generated; the power generation system can be mounted on the ground or water surfaces of lakes and seas, the electric energy can be continuously generated by the aid of the static pressures of the fluid, and accordingly inexhaustible clean new energy can be developed.
