Problems solved by technology

[0004] Through comparison, we found that the existing films all have their specific liquids that can improve transparency, but the selection range is narrow, and there is no film that can significantly improve the transparency of common liquids.
In particular, the existing films do not have an effective transparency enhancement effect on water, which limits the application of films in high-end product packaging, health care products, smart home decoration, agricultural mulch, etc.

[0104] The raw materials are extruded and granulated with a twin-screw extruder according to a certain proportion, and the extrusion temperature is 175-200°C. Next, cast by a single-screw extruder at a casting temperature of 180-200° C. to prepare a cast film with a thickness of 100 μm. Furthermore, in water at 80° C., the cast film was stretched according to the stretching method listed in Table 1 to obtain a stretched film. Table 1 lists the film composition. At 25°C, the properties of each film were measured and listed in Table 1.

Abstract

Microporous film is provided. In the case of no liquid, the haze change range is 20-80%, and the change range of light transmittance is 20-80%. After the film is wetted by a liquid, the light transmittance of the wetted film is increased by 5% or above or the haze of the film is decreased by 5% or above, or the light transmittance is increased by 5% or above and the haze of the film is decreased by 5% or above. The film is advantageous in that the microporous film with variable light transmittance and haze can be prepared, a processing method is simple and rapid and the film can be partially, even completely biodegraded. The film can be applied in a plurality of fields, such as package, hygiene care, medical, buildings, decoration, agriculture and electronic products.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of polymer materials and relates to a microporous film with variable transparency. Background technique [0002] When the film is wetted by a liquid, its transparency can change to varying degrees. This phenomenon makes it useful in various fields such as packaging, health care, medical treatment, construction, decoration, agriculture, and electronics. [0003] For a film with a smooth surface and a non-porous interior, there is little change in light transmittance and haze after it is wetted by a liquid. For the surface-treated rough and non-porous film, the light transmittance and haze varied within 10% after being wetted by different liquids, and the magnitude of the change was small. Compared with non-porous films, the change of transparency of microporous films after being wetted by different liquids is more obvious. After the polyethylene microporous films on the market are wetted with water, the light transmit...
