The vents are arranged in the top of the box body. The box body is externally provided with a heat insulation layer. By setting the air conditioner and the heater controlled by the central controller in the high voltage junction box, so that when the sensor signals are sent to the central controller by the temperature sensors, the central controller controls the operation of the air conditioner or the heater, thereby achieving the temperature regulation.
