Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: to begin with, carrying out quality counterweight according to a ball structure to enable the gravity of the ball body to be close to the buoyancy force; then, carrying out center-of-mass detection by utilizing an externally-hanging weight under the condition that the ball body floats, and calculating the mass center position and maximum gravity moment of the ball body; and finally, adjusting the balance weight according to the mass center position of the ball body and carrying out calculation to obtain weight needing to be adjusted on each coordinate axis of the ball body to enable the center of mass to be closer to the center of the ball as far as possible and enable the maximum gravity moment of the ball body to be smaller than a preset threshold value. The method can be suitable for different densities of liquid; an external auxiliary device can realize adjustment of the center of gravity of the ball body through only one detection weight, so that the operation is simple; and the method can calculate the mass center position and the maximum eccentric distance quantitatively, thereby facilitating dynamics modeling of the ball body.
