Embodiment

[0028] 5000 ml of normal sea water (34 psu) was filter sterilized. Randomly select 1000 eelgrass seeds, put them into jars filled with sterilized seawater with a salinity of 34 psu, seal them, and place them at a temperature of 0°C. Abstract

The invention relates to a preservation method of seeds, in particular to a method for prolonging the preservation time of eelgrass seeds. The method comprises the following steps: filtering common natural seawater, and then sterilizing the seawater; directly putting the washed eelgrass seeds into a sealed container with the sterilized seawater; keeping the temperature of the seawater in which the eelgrass seeds are soaked at -0.2 to 0.2 DEG C; in the preservation process of the seeds, regularly exchanging water.
