Abstract

The invention discloses an MgH2 hydrogen-storage material reaction cavity and a fuel cell generation device thereof. A first barrier layer is arranged on the inner wall of the MgH2 hydrogen-storage material reaction cavity; the reaction cavity is provided with a first connector and a second connector, wherein the first connector is used for introducing water vapor and is propped against the first barrier layer and the second connector is used for exporting hydrogen and is propped against the first barrier layer; a closed region formed by the first barrier layer is filled with MgH2 powder of which the particle sizes are smaller than 50 microns; and the thickness of the first barrier layer is 1-100nm. According to the MgH2 hydrogen-storage material reaction cavity, through the design of the barrier layer, the MgH2 powder can be effectively prevented from flowing out of the reaction cavity along with the hydrogen, and meanwhile, the reaction startup time can be effectively shortened through the filled MgH2 powder of which the particle sizes are smaller than 50 microns in the reaction cavity and 0.01%-30wt% of NaOH powder.
