The preparation method comprises the following steps: step one, preparing traditional Chinese medicine powder; step two, preparing various raw materials according to the formula in proportion; putting the raw materials in a container to be mixed, using a stirring machine to uniformly stir the raw materials, and standing for 10 to 15 minutes in the container after preparing dough; and step three, grinding and manufacturing the dough into fresh noodles through a noodle maker, and after hanging the fresh noodles on bars, entering into a drying room for drying so as to obtain the health care noodles.
