specific Embodiment approach 1

[0012] Specific embodiment one: a kind of entomopathogenic nematode symbiotic bacterium of this embodiment, it is pathogenic bacteria (XeNorhabdus budapestensis) HEB02, preserves in China Microbial Strains Preservation Management Committee General Microbiology Center, preservation address is Beichen West, Chaoyang District, Beijing No. 3, Courtyard No. 1, the preservation date is April 11, 2016, and the preservation number is CGMCC No.12352.

[0013] The pathogenic bacteria (XeNorhabdus budapestensis) HEB02 of the present embodiment obtains as follows:

[0014] Entomopathogenic nematodes were isolated from soil samples collected from Harbin City by trapping the wax moth; the primary symbiotic bacteria were isolated according to the following methods:

[0015] Infect the 5th instar larvae of the wax borer with the isolated entomopathogenic nematodes, after the death of the larvae, immerse them in 75% alcohol by volume for 3 seconds, then wipe the surface of the larvae with a 1%...

specific Embodiment approach 2

[0018] Specific embodiment two: the application of an entomopathogenic nematode symbiotic bacterium of this embodiment, which is used for preventing and treating soybean blight.

specific Embodiment approach 3

[0019] Embodiment 3: This embodiment is different from Embodiment 2 in that it uses the bacterial liquid of entomopathogenic nematode symbiotic bacteria to control soybean blight. Others are the same as in the second embodiment.

Abstract

The invention relates to a symbiotic bacterium of entomopathogenic nematode and an application of the symbiotic bacterium. The bacterium is xenorhabdus budapestensis HEB02, which is preserved in China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center on No.3, No.1 Yard, West Beichen Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing on April 11, 2016, with preservation number of CGMCC No.12352. The bacterium is used for controlling soybean soreshin blight. The xenorhabdus budapestensis HEB02 provided by the invention is relatively strong in capacity of inhibiting promycelium growth of the soybean soreshin blight; and as increase in volume concentration, an antibacterial effect becomes more obvious.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the separation and application of an entomopathogenic nematode symbiotic bacterium. Background technique [0002] Soybean [Glycine max(L.)Merr.] originated in China and has a long history of cultivation. As an important food crop and oil crop in China, it plays an extremely important role in my country's agricultural production and social and economic life. In recent years, the development of my country's soybean industry has encountered many bottlenecks. The planting area and output have been decreasing year by year. The reason is not only impacted by the international market, but also the rampant soil-borne diseases have caused problems such as poor quality, low per unit yield, and unstable sustainable productivity. a key factor of . Soybean blight, commonly known as black root disease, is an important soybean soil-borne disease caused by Rhizoctonia solani. The disease mainly infects seedlings and young plant taproots and b...
