Embodiment 1

[0025] A. Selection of cuttings: On March 15, 2012, select the lignified new shoots of Dianthus chinensis in that year, cut them to a length of 15 cm, keep 3 buds, keep the top leaves of the cuttings, cut the lower part of the cuttings into a slanted surface, and store them in moisture;

[0026] B. Cutting preparation: On May 11, 2011, the seedbed matrix was trimmed and paved. The matrix composition was a mixture of humus soil, sandy soil, fine river sand and peat soil, and the weight ratio was 1:2:3:1. Grooves are pressed out in the direction of the length of the seedbed, and the distance between the grooves is 10 cm. Along the direction of the grooves, small holes are inserted at equal intervals with rods of the same thickness as the cuttings. The depth of the holes is 10 cm; Indoleacetic acid was soaked for 2 hours and then taken out to dry;

Embodiment 2

[0031] A. Selection of cuttings: On April 2, 2013, select the lignified new shoots of Dianthus chinensis in that year, cut them to a length of 38 cm, keep 4 pairs of buds, keep the top leaves of the cuttings, cut the lower part of the cuttings into an inclined plane, and store them in moisture;

[0032] B. Cutting preparation: On May 25, 2012, the seedbed matrix was trimmed and paved. The matrix composition was a mixture of humus soil, sandy soil, fine river sand and peat soil, and the weight ratio was 1:2:3:1. Grooves are pressed out in the length direction of the seedbed, and the distance between the grooves is 12cm. Along the direction of the grooves, sticks of the same thickness as the cuttings are used to insert small holes at equal intervals. The depth of the holes is 12cm; Indoleacetic acid was soaked for 3 hours and then taken out to dry;

Embodiment 3

[0037] A. Selection of cuttings: On April 25, 2014, the lignified shoots of Dianthus chinensis were selected in that year, and the cut length was 50 cm. Four pairs of buds were kept, and the top leaves of the cuttings were kept.

[0038] B. Cutting preparation: On June 20, 2014, the seedbed matrix was trimmed and paved. The matrix composition was a mixture of humus soil, sandy soil, fine river sand and peat soil, and the weight ratio was 1:2:3:1. Press out grooves in the length direction of the seedbed, and the distance between the grooves is 15cm. Along the direction of the grooves, use sticks of the same thickness as the cuttings to insert small holes at equal intervals. The hole depth is 15cm; put the lower part of the cuttings into 1000mg / L ind Indoleacetic acid was soaked for 4 hours and then taken out to dry;

[0039] C. Cutting: Insert the cuttings into the small hole, bury until the top of the cuttings is slightly higher than the seedbed level, rinse the cuttings with ...

Abstract

The invention provides a dianthus chinensis cuttage breeding method. The dianthus chinensis cuttage breeding method comprises following steps of A, cutting selection; B, cuttage preparation; C, cuttage; and D, cuttage aftertreatment. According to the invention, semi-lignified shoots are employed as cuttings, compared with hardwood branches, the shoots are advantaged in that the rooting rate is increased; before cuttage, the lower ends of the cuttings are immersed into a growth regulator; after the cuttings are cut in the field, the growth regulator is added to the substrate around the cuttings drop by drop, by means of effect and influence of two-time growth regulator on the lower ends of the cuttings, the activity and the rooting rate of the cuttings can be greatly increased; water is sprayed to the cuttings intermittently, the humidity in the shading shed can be effectively maintained, and rootage of the cuttings can be promoted. By heating the seedbed, influence of diurnal temperature difference on the cuttings can be avoided, and the normal rooting environment of the cuttings can be guaranteed. In conclusion, the dianthus chinensis cuttage breeding method is simple in procedure, convenient to manage, short in period and high in survival rate, and a lot of seedlings can be bred within a short time.

Description

[0001] 【Technical field】 [0002] The invention relates to the field of plant cutting propagation, in particular to a method for raising seedlings by cutting dianthus. [0003] 【technical background】 [0004] Dianthus is not only a traditional precious Chinese herbal medicine, but also a nutritional tonic, which is most suitable for taking with Ganoderma lucidum. In the list of 63 kinds of medicine and food dual-use announced by the Ministry of Health, it ranks first. [1] As a traditional Chinese medicine, Lycium barbarum is flat in nature and sweet in taste. It has the effects of nourishing the liver and kidney, improving eyesight and nourishing the lungs. It can prevent all kinds of diseases when paired with Ganoderma lucidum. Through chemical composition analysis, the fruit of wolfberry is detected to be rich in natural carotene, vitamin C, wolfberry proteoglycan, betaine, linoleic acid, iron, phosphorus, calcium and other nutrients. Nourishes the kidneys and nourishes the...
