The chip disclosed by the invention has the following beneficial effects: compared with a common chip, a culture system with different shear forces is set for the biological chip; therefore, different shear forces are applied in a stem cell culturing process, so that in-time, effective and micro observation can be achieved; and in addition, real-time detection in a detection time frame can be carried out, the input rate of nutrient substances can be controlled, and detection reliability is ensured, so that the result can reflect the stem cell growth environment more actually, and the influence on stem cell differentiation by the shear force can be mastered.
