Abstract

The slicing device comprises a rack, a cutter and a clamping mechanism, wherein the cutter and the clamping mechanism are both arranged on the rack, and the cutter comprises a horizontal blade and a vertical blade which intersect to be cross-shaped; a plurality of pores are formed in both the horizontal blade and the vertical blade, and an exhaust fan blade connected with a power supply is arranged on each pore; a first cavity is formed in the horizontal blade, a second cavity is formed in the vertical blade, the first cavity and the second cavity communicate with each other, and a heating resistor connected with the power supply is arranged in each of the first cavity and the second cavity; and the clamping mechanism comprises a base and pillars fixedly connected to two sides of the base, a positioning groove for accommodating the bamboo shoots is formed in the base, a clamping arm is arranged in each pillar, and a groove allowing the horizontal blade to move therein is formed in each clamping arm.
