Each barrel is provided with an electrode wire inlet and a high-temperature-resistant insulating conical plug, and electrode wire supporting discs are arranged in the barrels. The charged part and the dust collection part are connected in an insulated mode. After an engine is started, tail gas enters the charged part, and after the soot particles are fully charged, the soot particles enter the dust collection area along with the tail gas; and then the particles are further charged and then collected to the inner wall of a dust collection pipe under the action of electric field force, so that purification is completed.
