The producing method includes that a mixture of phosphate and antimony trioxide is used as an anti-pilling agent to carry out anti-pilling processing and further heighten the fiber and fabric's anti-fluff effect which is thus improved to a level of 4 to 5; a water-soluble organosilicon softener is used for softening treatment, to make wool fabric and cashmere fiber have a smoother and fuller feel; finally, the fabrics is treated by a water-soluble polyurethane wool-shrink proof agent. After this post-treatment, the felting shrinkage rate of the processed wool fabric <= 3%, which is much smaller than the standard of 8% stipulated by the International Wool Secretariat, and therefore, the comprehensive quality of the fabrics is greatly improved. Polylactic acid fiber is characterized by easy blending so as to enhance advantages and offset disadvantages of each fiber, so that the fabrics made of the mentioned fiber have higher strength and stronger capability of water-absorption and heat-preservation.
