The invention provides a sectional rubber tilting-pad thrust bearing which comprises a thrusting plate and a support ring, wherein the support ring is coaxially arranged under the thrusting plate; the thrusting plate is coaxially and fixedly connected with a rotating shaft through an end plate; the sectional rubber tilting-pad thrust bearing further comprises a plurality of sectional rubber tilting-pad components which are uniformly fixed on the upper surface of the support ring at intervals; each of the sectional rubber tilting-pad components comprises a pad surface, a substrate and a sectional rubber cushion which are sequentially connected tightly from top to bottom; a gap is formed between the upper surface of the pad surface and the lower surface of the thrusting plate; the upper surface of the sectional rubber cushion is fixedly connected with the substrate through a vulcanization technique; the lower surface of the sectional rubber cushion is fixedly connected with the support ring through the vulcanization technique; the sectional rubber cushion comprises a first rubber cushion and a second rubber cushion which are distributed along a rotating direction of the thrusting plate; the thickness of the first rubber cushion is as same as the thickness of the second rubber cushion; and the hardness of the first rubber cushion is less than the hardness of the second rubber cushion.
