Abstract

The invention discloses an SNP molecular marker combination universal for salmon and bulltrout. The combination comprises 96 SNP molecular markers, and the base sequences of the SNP molecular markers are nucleotide sequences as shown in SEQ ID NO:1 to SEQ ID NO:96. The invention further discloses a method for evaluating genetic polymorphism of the salmon and bulltrout through the SNP molecular marker combination. The method includes the steps of firstly, obtaining genome DNA of the salmon and bulltrout needing to be specially evaluated; secondly, obtaining genotypes of a plurality of SNP molecular marker loci of each salmon or bulltrout; thirdly, analyzing the result of the genotypes of the SNP molecular marker loci of each salmon or bulltrout according to a Mendelian inheritance rule through bioinformatics software, conducting analyzing to obtain typing information of the salmon and bulltrout, judging the genetic relationship between the salmon and bulltrout, and determining whether the salmon and bulltrout are suitable as parents for propagation or not, wherein the SNP molecular markers are contained in the 96 SNP molecular markers.
