Abstract

The invention provides a preparation method of a hard pipeline composite material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing following raw materials: bamboo root fibers, PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride), glass fibers, resin, silicone oil, nano silicon dioxide, lime, sodium nitrate, pyrophyllite powder, cuprous chloride, cobalt chloride, polyvinyl alcohol and monoethanolamine; (2) mixing the bamboo root fibers, the PVC, the glass fibers and the polyvinyl alcohol and heating to 185 DEG C; stirring and mixing for not less than 15min and heating to 210 DEG C; keeping the temperature for 20 minutes to obtain a material A; (3) conveying the material A, the resin, the silicone oil, the nano silicon dioxide, the lime, the sodium nitrate, the pyrophyllite powder, the cuprous chloride, the cobalt chloride and the monoethanolamine into an extruder and extruding to form a base material; crushing the base material into grains to obtain the hard pipeline composite material.
