Each cell module equalization circuit comprises an equalization control switch and an equalization resistor which are connected in series. The equalization resistor is a thin-sheet-type large power heating resistor which can be used to heat a cell. The thin-sheet-type large power heating resistor is formed by an insulation heat conduction thin sheet and a heating wire arranged in the insulation heat conduction thin sheet. The thin-sheet-type large power heating resistor is fixed to a cell module sidewall or a bottom surface and is tightly and uniformly contacted with a monomer cell shell used for forming the cell module. The cell equalization apparatus possessing the heating function can be served as a heating unit of cell system heat management under a low temperature environment and also can be served as the equalization resistor under a normal temperature environment. Equalization resistor power in the equalization apparatus is large, equalization efficiency is high and a temperature rise of the equalization resistor during equalization is small.
