Abstract

A lead-acid battery control system is arranged and comprises at least two lead-acid batteries, first contactors, second contactors, a large current discharge resistor, a lead-acid battery voltage detection module, a DSP controller and a protection device, wherein the lead-acid batteries are connected in series, the number of the lead-acid batteries is equal to the numbers of the first contactors and the second contactors, the DSP controller acquires the voltage of each lead-acid battery through the lead-acid battery voltage detection module, and when the balance degree among the lead-acid batteries is larger than a set threshold value, the lead-acid battery with maximum voltage is discharged by the large current discharge resistor according to set time. A DSP is taken as a main balance controller, and the system cost is reduced; with the adoption of a contactor matrix mode, large current discharge of the lead-acid battery is achieved so as to improve the balance reliability and achieve large current discharge; and the method disclosed by the invention is simple to operate, is safe and reliable and is high in balancing effect.
