Embodiment Construction

[0038] The preparation of reagents in the present invention mainly includes the preparation of nano-gold, and the effect of AFB1 aptamer and nano-gold under high salt concentration.

[0039] 1. Preparation of gold nanoparticles

[0040] In the experiment, colloidal gold was prepared by trisodium citrate reduction method. 95.8mL ultrapure water was added to a three-neck round bottom flask, and then 4.2mL of 1% chloroauric acid solution was added, heated and stirred under magnetic force and reflux, and continued to boil for 10 minutes, then added 10mL of 1% trisodium citrate solution, the color of the solution turned red within 1min, continued to boil for 20min, cooled naturally to room temperature while stirring, and the obtained wine red liquid was gold nanoparticles.

[0041] 2. Preparation of solution samples

[0042]The concentration of aflatoxin B1 (AFB1) aptamer and the concentration of NaCl salt solution are the key factors of the reaction system of this detection metho...

Abstract

A method for rapidly detecting fungimycin based on the dynamic white balance of two color sensors, and belongs to the field of fungimycin detection. The method for rapidly detecting the concentration of fungimycin substances based on the dynamic white balance of two color sensors is provided and a color information detection system is designed in order to solve the problems of complex process, high cost and difficult operation of present fungimycin biological detection processes, and the two sensors are adopted to realize dynamic white balance in the acquisition process of the color information of a solution sample in order to make color detection have self-adaptability to the change of environment light. Data obtained in the acquisition process is processed by adopting an anti-pulse-interfere median filtering algorithm to finally obtain the RGB value of the solution sample, and the linear relationship between the RGB value and the concentration of the detected sample is established. The method allows a detection system to have strong environment light self-adaption ability. Experiments prove that the detection method has the advantages of fast speed, high efficiency, strong versatility, and high measuring precision and robustness.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a rapid detection method of mycomycin based on the dynamic white balance of two color sensors. Background technique [0002] At present, food safety problems are becoming more and more serious, and the safety problems caused by mycotoxins are very common. Mycotoxins are metabolites produced by fungi growing in food or feed, which seriously threaten the health and life safety of humans and animals. Common mycotoxins mainly include aflatoxins, ochratoxin A (ochratox A), fumonisins and zearalenone. Since most mycomycins are toxic, countries around the world have set strict limits on the content of mycomycins in food-related products. [0003] In the field of food safety, the aflatoxin in each gram of food is expressed as 10 -9 Measured in units of grams, it has the characteristics of high detection ratio, uneven distribution of samples and low content. Therefore, higher requirements are put forward for the limit standard and d...
