Embodiment 1

[0035] The method of artificial regulation to realize the natural mating and spawning of Dabry's sturgeon, including:

[0036] 1. Selection of broodstock of Acipenser dabryii: 4 females and 6 males of Acipenser dabryii were screened with gonad development to stage IV by B-ultrasound. Among them, the B-ultrasound picture of the female sturgeon requires that the gonads are fully developed, and the echo of the eggs can be clearly observed, see figure 1 ; Male sturgeon B-ultrasound pictures require full gonad development, consistent testicular echo, and obvious cut dark area, see figure 2 .

[0037] 2. Domestication of the parents of the Dabry's sturgeon: From March to April 2016, the domestication of the parents was carried out in the domestication pool using water stimulation. The average flow velocity of the water flow is 0.3m / s (the flow velocity ranges from 0.2 to 0.4m / s), and the water flow is stimulated 3 times a day, each time for 2-3 hours, and domesticated for a total...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for achieving natural mating and spawning of acipenser dabryanus through artificial control. Natural spawning, natural spermiation and male and female synchronous development and maturation are achieved through artificial control technical measures of B ultrasonic parent nondestructive identification, selection of sexually mature fishes, bed material control, water flow control and the like for the first time. The situations that in a traditional method, synthetic auxins are adopted for inducing, egg collecting and semen collecting are conducted by artificially compressing the abdomen, artificial fertilization hurts fish bodies, and artificial selection is conducted are avoided, and a great breakthrough is achieved for acipenser dabryanus protection. By means of the method for achieving natural mating and spawning of the acipenser dabryanus through artificial control, the fertility rate (60%-80%) of the acipenser dabryanus is equivalent to that of artificial propagation, due to the clustering and adhesion action of fertilized eggs, the seedling hatched rate (20%-50%) is lower than that of artificial propagation, but the survival rate (80%-90%) of later stage culture of hatched fry is higher than that of artificially propagated fry.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the research field of fishery resources protection, and in particular relates to a method for artificially regulating and realizing the natural mating and spawning of Dabry's sturgeon. Background technique [0002] With the impact of human activities, the loss or decline of habitat functions, the decline of rare and endangered fish natural resources is increasing, the artificial captivity of wild populations is carried out, and a certain number of artificial conservation populations are established. Wild resources have become an important measure for the international protection of rare and endangered fish and resource conservation. However, in the long-term captive breeding process, due to the uniformity of the breeding environment relative to the natural environment, the biological characteristics (such as predation behavior and reproductive ability) of captive fish have changed, and the viability of farmed fish released into...
