The control device is connected with the wireless communication device and the on-board diagnostic (OBD) system of a vehicle. The wireless communication device is in wireless communication connection with a mobile terminal. The audio decoding device is connected with the wireless communication device and the frequency modulation emitting device. The frequency modulation emitting device is in wireless communication connection with an on-board radio of the vehicle. The network communication device is connected with the vehicle and is in communication connection with a network device via the 4G network. The music player outputs fault data in real time and sends to the mobile terminal the fault data to be displayed. A user may check and upload the fault data by means of the mobile terminal so that an influence on data acquisition due to the concealed OBD interface is prevented and data acquisition stability is enhanced. Music resources sent by the mobile terminal can be transmitted to the on-board radio to be played and the 4G network can be shared by the network communication device.
