Abstract

A three-dimensional color model image processing method based on texture mapping comprises the steps of firstly determining a boundary point of each texture block on a three-dimensional model according to a mapping relationship between the apex of a three-dimensional model and each two-dimensional image, then updating the color of the boundary point through a boundary updating equation, updating the color of each apex which is adjacent with the boundary point in the texture block according to an inner texture updating equation, and repeating the two updating processes until the sum of color differences between the apexes before and after updating is smaller than a preset value. According to the three-dimensional color model image processing method, the boundary point and the texture in the texture block are respectively solved, thereby weakening relation restraint among points in updating the color of the boundary point and restrictive conditions to color change in updating the color in the texture block, remarkably reducing relatively large difference between the color of the texture block and the color of the boundary, integrally changing the color of the whole texture block according to the color at a seam, and keeping consistency and authenticity of the texture.
