Abstract

The invention relates to a manufacturing method of a brick carving pen container. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: (1) mold manufacturing: a model of a pen container is manufactured; and the model is manufactured as a certain shape according to the demands of customers; (2) mud manufacturing: east mud and west mud are respectively crushed as pug; and the mud is manufactured according to a weight ratio of 8: 1 of the east mud to the west mud; (3) blank manufacturing: a blank is manufactured on the model in the step (1); (4) carving: the blank in the step (3) is carved with patterns needed by the customers; (5) calcining: the object in the step (4) is calcined by 20-24 hours in a kiln; (6) polishing: the object in the step (5) is polished in a polishing machine to reach a certain gloss; and (7) inspection and warehousing: the product in the step (6) is warehoused after inspection; and the warehousing registration is performed. The manufacturing method is simple in process and easy to control; and the manufactured pen container is beautiful in appearance and higher in collection value, and makes up the market vacancy.
