The method is characterized by through implementing seismic exploration on a ground surface, selecting N exploratory wells possessing a symbolical meaning in a same area, carrying out dense sand fishing, conventional logging, imaging logging, VSP logging and crosswell earthquake on each exploratory well so as to making complete and comprehensive logging interpretation; and then, through performing sidewall coring on a reservoir acquired from the logging interpretation, carrying out electron microscope scanning observation, porosity measurement and a rock strain experiment on a taken core, combining the logging interpretation and finally using modeling software to establish a reservoir three-dimensional geological model so as to comprehensively and accurately establish the reservoir three-dimensional geological model. A purpose of exploring reservoir basic geological information in detail is reached.
