Abstract

The invention provides a liquid-liquid reaction-based oxyalkylation continuous production process and a process device thereof. The production process is characterized by comprising the steps of setting a control parameter setting value; injecting cooling water; heating a chain initiator and an oxyalkylated reagent; injecting the chain initiator and the oxyalkylated reagent; storing a crude product; controlling the temperature of the chain initiator, the temperature of the oxyalkylated reagent and the reaction temperature of a gap-type reactor 1 during the reaction process; and conducting the cascade regulation for the temperature of the chain initiator, the temperature of the oxyalkylated reagent and the temperature of cooling water during the reaction process. The process device comprises the gap-type reactor 1, a chain initiator feeding assembly, an oxyalkylated reagent feeding assembly, a crude product storage tank 8 and a DCS process controller 9. The first feed inlet 26 of the gap-type reactor 1 and the second feed inlet 25 of the gap-type reactor 1 are simultaneously connected with two discharge ports of the oxyalkylated reagent feeding assembly. The product outlet 27 of the gap-type reactor 1 is connected with the crude product storage tank 8.
