no. 1 approach

[0199] Figures 1 to 4 A hydroponic system 100 according to a first embodiment is shown. figure 1 is a top view of the hydroponic system 100 . figure 2 is along figure 1 A cross-sectional view taken along the line B-B. image 3 is along figure 1 A cross-sectional view taken along the line A-A. Figure 4 is along figure 1 A cross-sectional view taken along line C-C. because figure 1 The configuration within the hydroponic system 100 is shown, which omits the display of the top plate 11 , the artificial medium 4 and the plants 2 .

[0200] The hydroponic system 100 allows plants 2, such as vegetables or flowers, to be grown through hydroponics. The plants 2 may be any plants grown on the plant holding plate 30 and suitable for hydroponics, but are preferably agricultural products. Examples of agricultural products used in the system include vegetables, flowers, fruits, grains, etc. produced through photosynthesis. Meanwhile, when the irradiation section 60 is not prov...

no. 2 approach

[0220] The main difference between the hydroponic system 100 according to the first embodiment and the hydroponic system according to the second embodiment lies in the configuration of the container.

[0221] Figure 5 A hydroponic system 200 according to a second embodiment is shown. Figure 5 Corresponding to the description about the first embodiment image 3 . The hydroponic system 200 includes: a frame body 10 , a container 20 , a plurality of plant holding plates 30 , a support mechanism 40 , a pair of transfer mechanisms 50 a and 50 b , a plurality of irradiation sections 60 , and a plurality of root cutters 70 .

[0222]The container 120 is configured such that the bottom surface of the groove 126 of the housing groove 121 thereof is inclined by an angle θ with respect to the horizontal direction. Specifically, the container 120 is configured to have a slope from the end 22 side where the supply pipe 80 is provided toward the end 23 side where the discharge port 24 ...

no. 3 approach

[0226] The third embodiment illustrates a multi-row hydroponic system in which containers are stacked one above the other. Image 6 is a side view showing the hydroponic system 300 according to the third embodiment. Hydroponic system 300 includes a cultivation unit 390 and a harvesting packaging unit 392 . The entire hydroponic system of the present invention is constructed to be lightweight by the tank-like shaped container 20 extending in a predetermined direction and the light configuration of the plant holding plate. Thus, a plurality of such systems can be stacked and arranged vertically, resulting in a multi-row hydroponic system with a simple mechanism.

[0227] The cultivation unit 390 has a first cultivation rack 391 a , a second cultivation rack 391 b , a third cultivation rack 391 c , and a fourth cultivation rack 391 d (hereinafter collectively referred to as “cultivation rack 391 ”), a tank 82 and a pump 81 . The first cultivation frame 391a to the fourth cultiv...

Abstract

In order to provide an efficient hydroponic culture system, the present invention provides a hydroponic culture system provided with: a plurality of water tanks which extend in a predetermined direction; a plant holding plate which holds plants and are disposed to extend over the plurality of water tanks; and at least one support mechanism which is provided between adjacent water tanks among the plurality of water tanks, wherein each of the plurality of water tanks is configured to contain a culture solution required to grow the plant, and the support mechanism supports the plant holding plate above the plurality of water tanks.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a hydroponic system. Background technique [0002] Plants are often cultivated outdoors. However, outdoor cultivation is susceptible to weather such as lack of water due to extreme weather conditions. For this reason, facility cultivation has been focused in recent years, which enables more stable cultivation of plants. For example, Patent Document 1 describes a technique for cultivating plants using a hydroponics system. [0003] prior art literature [0004] patent documents [0005] Patent Document 1: Japanese Laid-Open Publication JP9-37664 Contents of the invention [0006] unresolved issues [0007] The culture liquid container can be quite heavy in the hydroponic system described in Patent Document 1, since a large amount of culture liquid is required. For this reason, the strength of the frame body supporting the container is required to be high. In addition, pumps used to circulate large amounts of cu...
