The dual-reflux efficient anaerobic reaction device comprises a wastewater allocation tank, an anaerobic reactor, a gas-liquid separator and a selective precipitator, wherein facilities for adjusting the temperature, the pH value and the like are arranged in the wastewater allocation tank, and an anaerobic water inlet pipe is connected with the anaerobic reactor; a water distributor, a first-stage three-phase separator and a second-state three-phase separator are arranged at the bottom in the anaerobic reactor; the upper part of the gas-liquid separator is connected with the first-stage three-phase separator and the second-state three-phase separator by virtue of a marsh gas riser pipe respectively, and the bottom of the gas-liquid separator is connected with the water distributor by virtue of an internal reflux pipe; and the upper part of the selective precipitator is connected with an anaerobic water outlet pipe of the anaerobic reactor, the bottom of the selective precipitator is connected with the wastewater allocation tank by virtue of an external reflux pipe, and the external reflux pipe is provided with an adaptive flow control device.
