The multiple protection device is arranged in a cement pier, and comprises a corrugated pipe arranged on the inner side of an anchor hole port; a steel strand is positioned in the corrugated pipe, and a free-section grouting pipe is additionally arranged in the corrugated pipe; a cushion plate is arranged in an outer port of the corrugated pipe; an exhaust pipe is arranged on the inner side of the cushion plate, and an anchor plate is arranged on the outer side; the steel strand penetrates through the anchor plate, and is fixed with the anchor plate; a buffer plate and a corrosion resistant oil storage tank are arranged on the outer side of the anchor plate; and the corrosion resistant oil storage tank is externally connected with an anchor head corrosion resistant oil way and an orifice section corrosion resistant oil way.
