The cold-resistant breathable fabric comprises a lower cotton cloth layer (1), a wool layer (2) and an upper cotton cloth layer (3), wherein a base layer (6) is compounded under the lower cotton cloth layer; a breathable layer (4) covers the surface of the upper cotton cloth layer, and is woven by polyester fiber (3.1) and polyamide fiber (3.2) through blending; an anti-ultraviolet layer (5) is arranged on the surface of the breathable layer (4); the base layer is made of fabrics; the fabrics are formed by sequentially and compactly compounding four layers including a fabric layer, a heat insulation layer, a cavity layer and a surface layer from inside to outside; the surface layer is interwoven by yarns containing conducting fiber and yarns containing ordinary fiber; the ordinary fiber is cotton, hemp, wool, silk or chemical fiber; and the heat insulation layer uses sponge. The cold-resistant breathable fabric with the anti-ultraviolet function achieves an anti-ultraviolet effect; and the breathable and sweat-permeable functions and the anti-ultraviolet function are realized.
