The method comprises steps as follows: a BAP solution is selected as a chemical reagent; 500 mg / L of the BAP solution is prepared, and plants which have blooming and fruiting capability and are 11 years old or older are selected; in the flower bud differentiation period of the pinus massoniana in August and September, 500 mg / L of the BAP solution is injected into terminal buds of pinus massoniana branches by an injector after 2 pm on a sunny day. The problem of low strobilus production of the pinus massoniana in the seed orchard is solved, the female strobilus production of the pinus massoniana can be increased to be 1.75 times of that in a contrast group, and the male strobilus production of the pinus massoniana is increased to be 4.3 times of that in a contrast group.
