The method comprises the following steps of 1), building a proxy server at the mobile phone side of a user and constructing a cloud server on the personal cloud of the user; 2), receiving and analyzing the URL request of a browser by the proxy server at the mobile phone side, if the proxy server at the mobile phone side has cached the resource corresponding to the URL request, or the corresponding resource is calculated through a URL matching algorithm, directly returning the resource to the browser; otherwise sending the URL request to the cloud server; 3), checkingwhether the resource corresponding to the URL request has been cached or notby the cloud server; if the resource is cached, returning the resource to the proxy server; otherwise sending a resource request to an object website corresponding to the URL request, returning the result to the proxy server at the mobile phone side; and 4), returning the received return result to the browser by the proxy server at the mobile phone side according to an HTTP response structure.
