Abstract

The invention discloses a temperature online monitoring device for a crosshead and a connecting rod of a reciprocating compressor. The temperature online monitoring device comprises a light source, a coupler, a signal demodulation unit, a linear collimating lens array, a collimator and an FBG temperature detecting unit. The light source is connected with the coupler through an optical fiber. The coupler is connected with the signal demodulating unit through the optical fiber. The coupler is connected with the linear colliminating lens array which is mounted on a supporting base. The collimator is mounted in front of the crosshead of the compressor through a collimator mounting and anti-vibration platform base. Furthermore the collimator is connected with an FBG temperature detecting unit. The FBG temperature detecting unit comprises a plurality of FBG sensors. The plurality of FBG sensors are serially connected and are uniformly arranged on a crosshead tile, a connecting rod big end tile and a connecting rod small end tile of the reciprocating compressor. The temperature online monitoring device can accurately monitor the temperatures of the crosshead and the connecting rod of the reciprocating compressor, thereby ensuring normal operation of the reciprocating compressor.
