Abstract

The invention discloses a method for reducing the honeysuckle cadmium accumulation and increasing the honeysuckle yield through glomus versiforme berch. The method utilizes the symbiotic cultivation of glomus versiforme berch and honeysuckle, and specifically includes the steps of harvesting a mixture, namely, a glomus versiforme berch fungicide, containing host plant root segments, fungal hyphae, mycorrhiza fungal spores and cultivation soil after propagation cultivation is conducted on glomus versiforme berch through host plants, inoculating the glomus versiforme berch fungicide in a culture medium, and cultivating honeysuckle. By means of the method, the growth of honeysuckle can be promoted, and yield is increased; more importantly, the cadmium concentration of aboveground parts including stems, leaves and flowers of honeysuckle and underground parts including roots can be reduced. An approach is provided for safely producing honeysuckle in cadmium-polluted soil, important significance is achieved for production and application of honeysuckle, and the method is good in effect, free of secondary pollution and low in cost. Meanwhile, a new concept and direction are provided for development and utilization of glomus versiforme berch.
